Monday 17th August 2009 - Extended tour guests arrive at Pheasant Run.
Wednesday 19th August 2009 - Standard tour guests arrive at Pheasant Run.
Monday 24th August 2009 - Standard and Extended tour guests depart Pheasant Run.

Early Booking Group Discount. Make your reservation before September 1st 2008 to receive 1 free place in groups of 8 or more (accommodation and transfers only).

Prices are per person based on two persons sharing a twin bedded room. Single supplements apply, price on application. Trans-Atlantic flights will be available on request at market price or special group discount, from September 2008, with BMI, British Airways, KLM or United Airlines.

Transfers are provided from Pheasant Run to the event at Rich Harvest Farms on August 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd 2009, Thursday to Sunday.
